Job Description Colliers is accelerating growth in our Residential Project Marketing team, and we’re looking for a driven Relationship Executive to help elevate the success of our partner agents and our premium off‑the‑plan projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, Residential, you’ll work closely with our experienced Relationship Managers and Directors to support sales outcomes through exceptional service, relationship building and on-the-ground project engagement. In this dynamic client-facing role, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agents, ensuring they’re equipped with the tools and knowledge to drive successful sales across Colliers projects. Assist in achieving key sales targets for each project in collaboration with Project Directors. Educate our partner network on market conditions, trends and opportunities. Support marketing initiatives—including video content, WeChat communications, events and exhibitions. Use key systems including Development ID and Box & Dice to manage stock and CRM processes. Lead project briefings and act as the central point of contact for partner agents. Ensure adherence to required sales processes and provide support across various project and promotional activities. Champion the Colliers brand and our suite of Residential projects.
